This is Bob's lab and shop and ham shack.

Bob dropped me a note on June 9, 2008, to bring us up to date.    A business sized SASE to Bob will bring a "pinch" (about 25 pieces) of  SMT Dual Gate MOSFETs with the part number BF998.     There is a low noise amplifier described elsewhere on this site that uses this part.   Bob will also throw in some dual 2N3904s in really small packages.  

If you send a large (8 x 11) envelope with $1.25 postage, Bob will also send a bunch of SMT parts, both passive and active.    The large envelope will also include some TO-220 sized MOSFETs such as the BUZ 50, BUZ 101,  and BUZ 104.   These may work for RF power amplifiers, but that is just speculation at this time.     Bob tells me that he also has a large collection of older TTL parts.   If you have have a burning desire for some of these gems, mention it and he can probably accommodate.
